My boyfriend has a cheap no brand memory foam mattress from Walmart that was maybe 1/4 of the cost and it’s 1,000 better. You can sell it if you don’t like it." Please do not buy this mattress. Just, "Sorry - you’re past your return period. Customer service was very rude, not warm and matter of fact after their very delayed response. I’m so tired and it’s all I can do to get through work.Įven offering a resolution such as maybe a trial on a different mattress of theirs, or a 50% or heck even 25% refund. My all around quality of life is suffering and I hardly do anything after work anymore. I have to take ** every morning which isn’t good for you. Wake up hardly able to get out of bed and with a headache. I’ve only been sleeping about 6 hours a night, I toss and turn. I have a chronic disease which causes me to be very tired and have back issues. ![]() I can’t afford a new mattress now or anytime soon so I’ve been suffering. They took over a month to get back to me, I believe close to two- and when they finally did after repeated emails to them- what do you know it was past my return period now. Nectar customer service is nothing but stalling, empty promises, and total dismissiveness. To compensate me for my wasted time and money, they've sent over a single pillow and a measly $30 (which barely covers the cost of my Saturday wild goose chase). By the time it arrives here, it will have been a week and a half of floor-sleeping. Finally, only today, after a near week of asking them, they finally agreed to redo my order and re-begin the process of shipping one out. I am currently writing this from the floor of my bedroom. Just lots of empty and vague promises with zero guarantees that the product will arrive soon. Total lack of problem solving or attempt to respond to my questions. This was very difficult for me to get to (and defeated the point of a shipped mattress), but I spent the money and went there at noon - only to find that, despite their given hours, the place was closed. Even worse - on Saturday, I was told I could go pick up my mattress from a FedEx physical location before 1pm. Every day for 5 days I was told to give them another 24 hours. It is not just a call center.Įvery time I asked for an alternative or a REAL solution, I was told, again, to be patient and to wait. They have real people and they take pride in what they do. There is only "Pay us and maybe one day you will receive your purchase." I wish I would have spent more and went with Sleep Number instead. There are no managers to voice frustration. Every just says, "Sorry" and "Thank you for your money." There are no solutions. I spent almost $5,000 a month ago and still have yet to learn when I will receive my purchase. Original Review: Nectar has the worst customer experience I have ever had. Spend more money so you can actually have a bed and not empty promises. Please read this before making your purchase. There are no managers to speak to either. I can not comprehend how a business can take $4,000 and not even have an estimated date of when you will receive what you have paid for. I have never gotten an email with an update, nobody has contacted me to schedule a time to deliver but I have kept waiting. For the last 10 days I have been told "just keep waiting", "maybe tomorrow someone will contact you", "I am so sorry, I will send you an update tomorrow". But some users mention experiences of sleeping hot, so it isn’t perfect.Īpparently, my beds are at a Warehouse and nobody at Nectar has a number to this Warehouse. ![]()
